Most online orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
(Weekend days and major holidays are not included in the processing time).
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Shipping & processing fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs for your order.
Free shipping for all orders for EUR 140 and above.
For orders less than EUR 140 we have the following rates:
Air express
Air express delivery is delivered by DHL.
Shipping times are 1-2 days to the USA and Western Europe. Outside of Europe takes 3-4 days.
Standard shipping can take up to 10 days.
- The charge for air express delivery is EUR 35
- The charge for standard shipping is EUR 9.95
All ICEWEAR products are shipped from Iceland. Iceland is not a member of the EU, which makes the goods subject to duties and taxes according to the receiving country’s laws. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

UK and France: We have contacted a few of our customers, and they have not had to pay any customs or fees. However, we can not give any guarantee for that.
Return policy
All our products can be returned. If you wish to return an item, you will have to pay the postage to Iceland, but if you wish another product in return, you will get FREE SHIPPING on the new item.
