Beginning with a ribbing; knit 1 st, purl 1 st and then it is only knit after the ribbing is finished. The type of the heel used for the socks is called Halldóras heel (Halldóruhæll) and decreases are made at the toe area. Each size covers 3 shoe sizes, the only difference is the length of the foot. It is easy to measure that before finishing the sock. * Available in English and Icelandic
