Men’s Norwegian jumpers

The 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics in Norway inspired the Icewear Norwegian jumper line. Norwegian knitwear already had a rich history. Back in the 15th century, Norwegian jumpers were being knitted by villagers although limited to the colours they could create using local dyes from nature: grey, cream, and blue.

As more dyes became available, the Norwegian knitting style of the traditional Norwegian jumpers became increasingly popular elsewhere.

Today, Icewear’s Norwegian jumpers for men come in a variety of weights using a range of wool types from light Merino wool to heavier wool, not to mention a wide choice of colours and patterns.
