Kids sweater knitting pattern

Sitkagreni is my favorite type of evergreen, so I wanted to design a Christmas sweater featuring it in the pattern. I aimed for a classic design that could be worn all year round. The Sitka Spruce sweater has already been available in adult sizes — and is now finally offered for children as well! SIZES 1 (2) 3 (4) 6 (8) 10 (12) years Bust circumfrence: 53 (59) 64 (70) 73 (80) 84 (89) cm Body length: 20 (22) 24 (26) 30 (33) 36 (38) cm Sleeve length: 22 (24) 26 (28) 32 (35) 38 (44) cm Sleeve width: 24 (24,5) 27 (28) 28 (28) 29 (30) cm MATERIALS Saga Wool from Icewear Yarn Color A Peach 2109: (4) (4) (4) (5) (5) (6) (7) (7) skeins Color B Coffee 90661: (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (2) (2) skeins NEEDLES Circular needles size 4 mm and 5 mm, 40 and 60/80 cm (15.7" and 23.6/31.5") depending on size Double-pointed needles size 4 mm and 5 mm GAUGE 4 x 4 in = 18 stitches and 26 rows using 5 mm needles. Note: The sweater is knitted on the tighter side, so you may need to use 4.5 mm or even 4 mm needles. It is not recommended to skip checking your gauge. METHOD The sweater is knitted from the bottom up. *Available in Icelandic and English.
